The Property

There is a diverse range of properties on the estate; from young to old, listed and not listed, small and large. The properties vary from quirky single bed cottages to large 7 bed family homes to meet the needs of our diverse community of tenants. A number of our residential properties are let with facilities for horses, allowing tenants to enjoy the fantastic bridleways across the estate.

The estate has a proactive approach to maintaining the properties on the estate. A program of continual repairs and developments is in place to ensure all properties are suitable for modern day demands of tenants and in line with the ever-changing government legislations for residential lettings. The office is open 5 days a week to ensure tenants enquiries are handled in a timely fashion.

The estate although set in the wonderful Northumbrian countryside, is located within easy commuting distance (40 mins) of Newcastle City Centre. The east coast main line train station at Morpeth is only 15 minutes away with regular trains running to Newcastle and the international airport is located only 25 minutes away.

The estate also includes several tenanted farms, both arable and stock, in addition to yearly grazing licenses and equestrian facilities. There is also an estate managed DIY equestrian livery facility with a covered arena and hacking across the estate.

A handful of commercial properties are also available to rent including offices and workshops.
